Returning your empty glass bottles and refillable pots helps keep plastics out of the landfill. Here’s what to do:
- Rinse your empties.
- Leave them in your usual delivery spot before your next scheduled delivery.
Please note: we won't collect the bottle tops, these need to be recycled on your end.
If your empties aren’t picked up, email us at support@modernmilkman.com, and we’ll arrange for collection next time we’re in the area.
You can also let us know directly through two easy ways in the app or website:
1. Report an Issue: Go to your Orders tab, select Report an issue on your delivery, and choose "Something not collected".
2. Collections Tab: Go to the Collections tab in the app and tap "Something not collected? Click here".
