To get everything back on track, please follow these quick steps to update your payment and reactivate your account:
1. Log into your account, where you'll see a red banner indicating your deliveries are on hold. Click on "Click here" in the banner.
2. You'll be shown a summary of your deliveries. Click "Proceed to payment".
3. Select your preferred payment method or choose "Add a new payment method" to update your details. (Whichever option you choose, this will become your default payment method - you can change this anytime)
4. Click "Pay", and your deliveries will be reactivated.
