When you order one of our 4 new bags (Soft Plastics, Hard Plastics, Electricals, or Bottle Tops & Caps), a driver will first deliver an empty branded bag to you. You should then fill this bag and leave it out for the driver to see and collect on your next scheduled delivery day. No separate product appears on your account for the actual collection; the driver will simply pick it up when they see it.
