There may be times when our driver is unable to collect your bag; there could be specific reasons for this: it could be that the bag has a rip, is not sealed properly, or something could be leaking out. For safety reasons, as a food delivery service, we can not collect bags in this state onto our vans. If you speak with the CS team, they will be able to advise on the next steps.
